What is included in the venue rental fee?
The rental fee includes table and chairs for the ceremony and reception.
Do you have dedicated dressing suites?
Yes, we offer exclusive, private dressing suites within the historic property for both wedding parties to prepare and relax before the ceremony. The Groom suite located in the Carriage House while the Bride suite exclusively located inside the Mansion.
Ceremony & Grounds
Where do outdoor ceremonies take place?
We offer two spectacular dedicated ceremony sites: The Grand Mansion Approach and the Charming Rustic Carriage Path with its original brick walkway. However, couple are welcome to hold their ceremony at any spot on our 7 acres of grounds that fits their unique vision.
Do you have a backup plan for rain?
Yes, a 40’ x 60’ tent will be provided at no extra cost
Logistics & Vendors
Is parking available for guests?
Yes, we offer ample, convenient on-site parking for your guests, which is a major convenience given our central location in Springfield.
Is event insurance required?
Yes, for the protection of all parties, we require that the couple secure event liability insurance for their wedding day.
What is your policy regarding outside vendors?
As a newly opened venue, we prioritize flexibility! You are welcome to choose your own licensed and insured outside vendors (caterers, florists, DJs, etc.) to ensure your wedding is exactly the way you want it to be.
